রোগ ও আল্লাহ তায়ালার একটি নিয়ামত হতে পারে। কি বিশ্বাস হচ্ছে না? তবে এইবার বিশ্বাস হবে। এমন তিনটি রোগ আছে যা মুমিন মুসলমানকে আক্রান্ত করলে তার জান্নাতে যাওয়ার পত সুগম হবে। অর্থাৎ সে যে জান্নাতি তা বোঝা যাবে।  আমরা বিভিন্ন রোগে আক্রান্ত হয়ে যাই। অনেক সময় সেই সকল রোগের কারনে আমাদের শারীরিক, মানসিক শান্তি চলে যাই, রাতের পর রাত ঘুম হারাম হয়ে যায়। কিন্তু সুসংবাদ হলো মুমিন মুসলমানদের জন্য। কারন মুমিন ব্যাক্তির রোগ হলো তার গোনাহ এর কাফফারা। এই গুনাহ হতে পারে আমাদের ক্ষমার অসিলা। উল্লেখ্য মানুষের উপর আসা সকল বিপদ-ই তার কর্মের ফল দায়ি। মহানবী হযরত মুহাম্মদ (সঃ) এরশাদ করেছেন, যে ব্যক্তি অস্বুস্থ অবস্থায় ধৈর্য্য ও সহিষ্ণুতার সঙ্গে একটি রাত অতিবাহিত করবে, আল্লাহ তায়ালা তাকে সদ্যজাত শিশুর ন্যায় নিষ্পাপ করে দেবেন। আর তাই আমাদের উচিৎ রোগে আক্রন্ত হলে,  ধৈর্য্য না হারানো। বরং আল্লাহতায়ালার উপর বিশ্বাস রাখা। এবং আল্লাহ তায়ালা ধৈর্যশীলদের উত্তম প্রতিদান দেন। এই জন্য একজন ‍মুমিনের উচিৎ কোন বিপদ-আপদে পরলে তাতে ধৈর্য্য ধারন করা এবং আল্লাহ তায়ালার কাছে সাহায্য চাওয়া। রাসুল (সঃ) আরো বলেছেন, দোজখি লোক দ

রুকইয়া  করার নিয়ম এই পর্যায়ে আমরা রুকাইয়া করার নিয়ম নিয়ে আলোচনা করবো। এখানে রুকাইয়া কি? কত প্রকার, রুকাইয়া কেন করা হয়, রুকাইয়া করতে কি কি প্রয়োজন, বদনজরের রুকাইয়া,কোন কোন ক্ষেত্রে রুকাইয়া করা লাগে এবং কি কারনে রুকাইয়া করা লাগে তা নিয়ে বিস্তারিত। আশা করি নতুন কিছু শিখতে পারবেন অথবা বুঝতে পারবেন এবং করতে পারবেন ইনশাআল্লাহ।  রুকাইয়াহ বা সেল্ফ রুকাইয়া কি? প্রথমত, আমাদের মধ্যে অনেকেই আছেন যারা বিভিন্ন রোগ,বদনজর, কালো জাদুর মধ্যে ভোগেন। কেউ কেউ এই সব কারনে অনেক মাজারে ,কবিরাজ,তান্ত্রিক এবং ভন্ড পীর এর শরনাপন্ন হন। অনেক কবিরাজ,তান্ত্রিক,মাজার পূজারীরা রোগীদের উপর কুফুরী করে রোগীদের জীবন নষ্ট করে দেয়।  ( সেল্ফ রুকাইয়া সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিত জানতে এখানে ক্লিক করুন) দ্বিতীয়ত, আমাদের মধ্যে অনেকেই জানেন না যে ইসলামে এই সকল রোগের চিকিৎসা অনেক আগে থেকেই আছে (প্রায় ১৪০০ বছর আগে থেকে) । ইসলামে এই সকল খারাপ কিছু থেকে মুক্তি পাবার জন্য কোরআন ও সুন্নাহ   অনুযায়ী রুকইয়া করা হয়।  সেল্ফ রুকাইয়া হলো কোন প্রফেশনাল কোন ওস্তাদ ব্যাতিত বা রুকাইয়া করতে জানে এমন কোন ব্যাক্তি ব্যাতিত নিজেই নিজের রুকাইয়া কর
